This distinctive steel-frame portal building will serve as both the headquarters and storage facility. For this project, we designed the steel-framed superstructure for the mezzanine and roof, along with the metal cladding for the external walls and roof. Additionally, we conducted a fire boundary analysis, demonstrating that fire-intumescent paint is not required for the roof
