Here is a project at Studio Fix, located on Kensington High Street, London. Structural Solutions were asked to perform structural assessments of the existing vacant building, carefully analysing load paths and designing structural modifications to accommodate the new layout. Their approach aimed to minimise alterations to existing load paths while respecting the building’s historic integrity. Key enhancements included a cantilevered steel frame to support boxing bags in the high-energy HIIT and Strength studio in the basement, TRX rig supports, and a connecting link bridge and balustrade for seamless access between the studio floors and wellness lounges.
