Three infill residential developments in North Bristol to provide social housing as part of Bristol City Council’s New Build Council Housing Programme. The three sites were all former garage sites and despite the limited space we worked with Roundfield to incorporate beautiful SuDS features into the drainage design. All three sites were designed to Passivhaus Standards.
